E-commerce Shops

Products that can be immediately purchased can be found on eBay and goImagine. New products are being added all the time to these stores in the times between custom orders and other projects.

General

The easiest way to place an order is to e-mail me directly at alex@hhfi.biz. I check my e-mail throughout the day and can provide any further information and answer any questions you may have. While I do try to maintain a small stock of finished goods, most of my sales are made to order. When an order is placed I will begin the construction phase where customers will receive updates for that order as it is being built from start to finish.

Payment Methods

For orders within the continental United States I can accept personal checks, PayPal, or Stripe. International orders I will only accept PayPal or Stripe payments. Both PayPal and Stripe transactions will have an additional 3-4% associated merchant fee.

CITES, Import Duties, and VAT

In recent years a number of exotic hardwood species have been added into the CITES restricted list, and as such without having all the necessary permits and documentation cannot be legally shipped internationally. As a result of this I can only sell a more limited variety of hardwood products internationally.

Many countries will also have varying import duties and/or VAT taxes associated with imported goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take these into account when placing an order as my prices will not reflect these.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped via USPS first class package or priority mail with prices dependant on order value, destination, and weight. For shipping within the domestic United States prices typically range from $3-15 with delivery times between 2-7 days. International shipments typically range from $15-35, delivery times will vary depending on location. High value shipments will be sent insured at additional cost.

Returns

On most orders I will accept returns up to two weeks after the delivery date and refund the cost of the order, return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Some exceptions to this would include custom orders where a product would not otherwise be resalable or where obvious signs of tampering are evident. Damage from shipping carriers will be handled on a case by case basis and are generally infrequent.
